ISO3547(DIN1494) Eingewickelte Bronze-Hülsen-Buchse
1. Die ISO3547 (DIN1494) eingewickelte Bronze-Hülsen-Buchse wird mit der dünnwandigen Struktur entworfen. Als eine Art von Lagerhülse charakterisiert sich dieses Produkt durch leichtes Gewicht und Reduzierung des mechanischen Volumens.
2. Seine innere Porenoberfläche wird mit rautenförmigen oder runden Öltaschen oder Ölbohrungen gerollt, was vieles Schmierfett speichern und auch die Zeit zwischen Tanken verlängern kann. Dieses Produkt kann in einem Temperaturbereich von -40 ℃ bis 150 ℃ verwendet werden.
3. Bis jetzt wurde die eingewickelte Bronze-Hülsen-Buchse extensiv auf verschiedene Typen von Maschinen mit hoher Last und niedriger Geschwindigkeit angewendet. Wie zum Beispiel kann sie als Teil der Landmaschinen, Ersatzteil der Baumaschinen oder Zubehör der Fabrik-Maschinen dienen.
